Jan. 15, 2004 Web Programmer
Etelligence Technologies is currently looking for a Web Developer with at least 2 to 3 years of experience. Candidate must be able to successfully convert a set of non-technical business requirements into technical specifications, as well as participate in the design, development, and testing of the project throughout its lifecycle. Projects will consist of mostly web-based applications for business use, such as E-Commerce, accounting, inventory management, and databases. Candidate should also be bi-lingual in English and Chinese. There will be a 90-day probabtionary period, after which, full employee benefits such as health insurance coverage and holiday pay will be offered.

-	2 to 3 years experience working with PHP, ASP, MySQL, MSSQL, HTML, Java, Javascript
-	Experience working with .NET techology a plus
-	Proficient in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and conversion of design into HTML
-	Good understanding of web server technology such as IIS5/6, Apache, Windows, Linux OS is a huge plus
-	Knowledge of Flash MX a plus
-	Great Written and verbal communication skills a must
-	Fluency in spoken Chinese a must
-	Fluency in written Chinese a plus
-	Self-motivated team player
-	Must be organized and be able to multi-task
